Terms of Service
Last updated June 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seamily (the "Service") operated by Seamily ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This page is maintained by Seamily and should be reviewed with legal counsel before relying on it for your own clinic's compliance program.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your clinic to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
2. The Service
Seamily lets clinics upload exports from their EMR (such as Jane, Cliniko, Noterro, or Practice Better) and generates analytics, summaries, and marketing assets using AI. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service to you. We process Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you do not have the legal right to share with us.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use AI outputs as a substitute for professional clinical judgement.
5. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. AI-generated content
Outputs generated by the Service (reports, insights, drafts) may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before acting on it, sending it to patients, or publishing it externally.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our other customers, or third parties.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
